Simon Loveless

Simon Loveless was born in Godalming and attended Godalming Grammar School/Sixth Form College. He has a BA (Hons) in Law and a B.Sc in Theology. Simon completed his Articles with Potter Owtram & Peck and became a Partner in 1987.

He specialises in contentious and noncontentious work which includes property (both residential and commercial); family and Court work including employment law.  He is a member of Resolution (the Family Law Solicitors Group).  He is also a Notary Public. He is a Lay Reader in the Church of England.  He serves as a Trustee on several charitable trusts in the Guildford area.

His main interests are playing hockey (badly!), swimming, walking, watching films, reading and listening to music.
